Picnic hours are sunrise until after sunset, but by appointment only. This is Typically 8:30am-9pm in summer-time and 8:30am-8pm winter-time.

Select your Picnic Package and Event Date. Prepay for your Picnic. We deliver, setup and clean-up.  

We Require a 50% deposit to reserve your picnic. The remainder is due 3 days prior to picnic setup, so we can finalize your picnic arrangements. 

-Credit card, debit card, Cashapp, Check, Cashiers Check, Cash (must arrange pickup)

If paying with cash, cashiers check or check, then the payment must be received 5 days prior to picnic.

If there is severe weather (rain, lightning, thunder) the Picnic start-time may be delayed or the picnic may be cancelled. If weather does not pass over, we can reschedule the picnic for a future date. A refund will not be issued for bad weather. Customer agrees to a reschedule or forfeit of payment. All sales final once picnic is paid for in full.

Picnic will start at the designated time and end at the designated time. If you are late, additional time may be purchased.

We will meet you at the picnic to go over the products, and picnic rules.

Please do not leave our picnic unattended. If you wish to end the picnic experience early, please notify your picnic specialist and wait for their return. Please send a text to call off picnic to 813.466.0073 . 

Failure to cancel or reschedule your picnic 7 days prior to the original picnic scheduled date, you forfeit deposit. 

Failure to pay the picnic in full 3 days prior to picnic setup date, customer agrees to forfeit deposit, or will reschedule the picnic for future date and pay fees in full.

If a reschedule occurs for failure to pay the original final picnic quote, a fee will be assessed for the reschedule. This fee is $75 and will be applied to the final invoice. Final Payment due upon reschedule.

A refund will not be issued for bad weather. Customer agrees to a reschedule or forfeit of payment if not rescheduling the picnic. All sales final once picnic is paid for in full. 

You will need a smart phone and access to maps. We will send a pin, current location, or pics of the gps location. If you do not have a smart phone, you will need to be able to follow basic directions and know the location of your picnic well. Parking is self-park, public parking that is first come -first serve. It is recommended to check out the parking prior to booking.

 *fees may apply for parking. Park at your own risk. These fees would be county/city fees. We are not responsible for towed cars.

Please provide notice 5-7 days prior to event if possible.

Please contact us to reschedule in the event of emergency, or you are sick. 

We rent our picnic space for 2 hours. Additional time may be purchased.

We travel within 45 miles of 33559. Otherwise, anything outside of this radius us subject to a gas surcharge of $30 for up to an additional 25 miles. We have the right to deny service outside of service limit which is typically 60 miles. 

If we do not receive the remainder of your picnic balance, then we cannot setup your picnic until final payment is received. Failure to pay in full may result in a cancellation and you forfeit the deposit.

Most county parks have their own rules, guidelines and ordinances. If a permit is needed, we will let you know. In most cases, a permit is needed for use in local parks like Vinoy park, St.Pete. Permit fees range from $30-$175.00 depending on event type and party size.
